Our Beijing team consisits of Academic Directors (including the Resident Director, Director of Studies, Academic Director, and Corporate Programs Director), fulltime Study Advisors, student support service coordinators onsite, and events and social coordinators. Our staff are multilingual, highly experienced in Chinese Language training and directly employed by GCE.
Timothy M. Wilkerson
General Counselor
Tim comes from America. He has been in China for nine years. He used to be a General Counserlor in many companies like HYD Development Group. He is very familiar with Chinese culture.
Tim is our senior program counselor. He is so kind that our every student likes him very much. Tim has a happy family. He has a lovely daughter and pretty Chinese wife. He loves them very much. |

Nancy Shi ( Senior Program Advisor)
Nancy Shi graduated from Capital Normal University in Beijing and joined the GCE China Team at the beginning of 2008 as a senior program advisor. Since then, she has assisted students with all aspects of life in Beijing. Nancy's responsibilities at GCE include contacting with students abroad and program arrangement. Nancy speaks Mandarin and English

Dai Laoshi
Wushu Jiaolian
Dai is a popular Martial Arts coach in GCE. He is one of the members of the Worker Martial Arts Team in Beijing. He has gotten the gold medal in the first traditional martial art match in the world. In the year 2007, he got the swordsmanship first place medal in traditional martial art social coach skills match in Beijing.
From the year 2003 to 2006, he got the first, second and third medals in swordsmanship at the traditional martial art competition in Beijing continuously. Dailaoshi gave his excellent performance in more than ten movies in China such as Long-handled sword WangWu, Lean on for God to kill the dragon, West Chu overlord, A ancient and today’s war QinYongQing, XuShiyou in temple and etcetera.
He has marital arts skills in also Shao Lin Kungfu, Taiji, Changquan, and Qigong. GCE’s students loves his martial arts teaching very much. |

Liam Jiang (Teaching Supervisor)
Liam Jiang graduated from Harbin Normal University£¬majored in teaching Chinese as foreign language.
Liam has many years experience in teaching Chinese to foreigners. He really enjoys teaching foreigners Chinese language and culture in GCE. He hopes to see you at GCE center and join his interesting classes.

Mary was born in Beijing, She graduated from Beijing City College, Majored in Chinese language with MA degree. She loves teaching Chinese, sports, singing. She is always at the service when you have any questions related with your study and living in China.

Program Advisor
Sikai was born in Changchun. He studied Tourism Management for four years and got the BA degree from Beijing Tourism University. He helps students with their visas, hotel accommodation, weekend activities, and orientation day preparation. He is very familiar with the scenery sites and good restaurants in Beijing. He is looking forward to seeing you in Beijing and taking you to try Chinese food. |

Programs Consultant
Rose comes from Dalian and majored in Tourism and Hotel Management. She began working at GCE in her senior year of university. Her main duties at the City Campus include apartment accommodation, insurance, and electives. At university she enjoyed traveling around China. |

Crystal Qian graduated from Foreign Economic and Trade University and joined the GCE China Team in 2007 as a student coordinator. She helps students with inquiries regarding their studies as well as general information about Beijing. In her spare time, she likes listening to music, surfing the internet and playing sports.
